武蔵学園構内で確認された疥癬タヌキと2017～2018年のタヌキの生息状況

Abstract

2018年3月に武蔵学園構内(東京都練馬区)でハクビシン捕獲用の箱罠に疥癬とみられるタヌキが混獲された。この個体は構内に生息するタヌキとは明らかに別個体で学外から迷い込んだものと考えられる。2017年秋から2018年秋までの構内のタヌキの生息状況は，1頭での目撃情報が続き，ため糞場の利用も僅かだった。2018年8月上旬にため糞場を利用するタヌキがセンサーカメラにより撮影されたものの，下旬に構内で1頭の死体がみつかった後，現在まで目撃情報はない。また構内の大規模工事に伴うタヌキの生息場の環境変化について記録した。

In March 2018, a raccoon dog that seemed to have scabies was captured in the Musashi Academy Campus (Nerima Ward, Tokyo). This individual dog was not the one inhabiting the campus, and it is considered that it accidentally entered from the outside. Only one raccoon dog was found on the campus for one year from the autumn of 2017, and the latrine sites were seldom used. In early August 2018, a raccoon dog using a latrine site was recorded by a sensor camera, but after one individual raccoon dog was found dead in late August, there has been no further information or field signs to date. I also recorded the environmental changes of the habitat of the raccoon dogs due to the construction on the campus.
