The shells contained juvenile clams with shell lengths of 3–6 cm, suggesting that they had recently reproduced in the lake. The Onuma population is a transplanted population of a species that was introduced to Gunma Prefecture in the past through the basket clam (Corbicula sandai) and Japanese pond smelt (Hypomesus nipponensis) invasions. The freshwater mussel is an endangered species, and there is little information on its breeding in Gunma Prefecture, so we report it here. In addition, fish species inhabiting the Lake Onuma area are summarized in the appendix. 2025-07-09T15:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/11149/2791 タイトル: 武蔵学園で目撃された仔を咥えたハクビシンと2024年前後に観察された昼間の活動および駆除の記録 著者: 白井, 亮久 抄録: 2024年9月，東京都練馬区にある武蔵学園の構内において，仔を咥えたハクビシン成獣が日中に目撃された。多数の生徒や教職員がこの様子を目撃し，写真や動画による記録が得られた。夜行性のハクビシンの日中の行動の知見は少なく，本報告ではこの目撃事例の詳細と，構内で日中に観察されたハクビシンの行動を紹介する。それらに加え2016年から2025年初旬の学内建物への侵入および駆除の記録をまとめた。; In September 2024, a masked palm civet (Paguma larvata) carrying a juvenile in its mouth was observed in the daytime on the campus of Musashi Academy Campus in Nerima Ward, Tokyo. Multiple students and faculty members witnessed the event, and photo and video evidence was collected. This report documents the details of that sighting as well as related observations of civet behavior on campus. In addition, it summarizes the occurrence and removal of civets found inside campus buildings from 2016 to 2025, along with camera-trap recordings and visual sightings. 2025-07-09T15:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/11149/2790 タイトル: 東京都練馬区の武蔵学園でのフクロウの落鳥事例およびバードセーバーの試験的設置 著者: 白井, 亮久; 淺井, 周; 本多, 琉惟 抄録: 2024年12月に東京都練馬区の武蔵高等学校中学校の敷地内で発見された負傷したフクロウの死亡事例を経緯とともに報告する。落鳥した個体の形態観察をしたところフクロウハジラミの寄生が確認された。武蔵学園ではフクロウが初記録であること，近年の都内でのフクロウの生息や繁殖状況を踏まえると，今回見つかったフクロウは飛来個体と位置付けられる。負傷したフクロウが見つかった場所は林に隣接する建物のそばで，ガラス窓に衝突した可能性がある。武蔵学園構内ではバードストライク(バードコリジョン)が頻発しており，今後のそれらの防止策として高中敷地内に試験的にバードセーバーを設置した。; This report summarizes the timeline from the discovery to the death of an injured owl found on the grounds of Musashi High School and Junior High School in Nerima Ward, Tokyo, in December 2024. Upon examining the fallen bird, it was confirmed that it was infested with owl lice. This is the first recorded instance of an owl at Musashi Academy Campus, and considering the recent presence and breeding status of owls within Tokyo, the owl found in this case is likely an immigrant individual. The injured owl was found near a building adjacent to a forest, where it may have hit a glass window.
